I'm a person who delves into everything with an eye for detail and a passion for individuality.

I'm an equestrian, an author, an appraiser, a Realtor©, an animal lover, a crafter, a baker, and just about anything else that decides to inspire me. Most importantly - I'm a person who cares deeply about perpetual learning, kindness, and authenticity. I'm inspired by possibility and innovation, especially when it's intertwined with humanity and applied with empathy. I want to know not just "what makes it tick", so to speak, but why, because with that deeper level of understanding, I'm often able to streamline or otherwise improve the process.

What I want to know is - who are YOU? What inspires you?
